If you are not receiving SMS alerts, please make sure you have opted in by texting the keyword or short code that was sent to your phone.
If you are still not receiving SMS alerts, please create a ticket.
Here are some specific things you can do to check if you have opted in to receive SMS alerts:
Check your notification settings. Make sure that the Messages app is allowed to send notifications and that the "Allow Notifications" toggle is turned on.
Check your phone's Do Not Disturb settings. Make sure that SMS alerts are not being blocked.
Check your mobile plan. Make sure that you have a data plan that allows you to receive text messages.
Check the sender ID of the SMS alerts. Make sure that the sender ID is correct.
If you have checked all of these things and you are still not receiving SMS alerts, please create a ticket so that we can investigate the issue.

The keyword or short code that you texted
The date and time you texted the keyword or short code
Any other relevant information, such as the type of device you are using
